[RESOLVED] Adobe Creative Cloud MSVCP140.dll file was not found« Back to Questions List

I tried to open a jpg file with Adobe Photoshop and an error occurred. Tried to reinstall it again and opened up Creative Cloud. However a pop up says is "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." Tried installing both but it was unsuccessful. What could be the issue. Please help.

You don’t need to reinstall them. You will need to repair the latest installation of Microsoft Visual C++ Go in the Settings > Applications > Apps & features. Here you will find all the software installed in your computer. Find the latest installation of Microsoft Visual C++ and click Repair. If that does not work, repair the rest of the Microsoft Visual C++ versions as well.
